Refund Eligibility

We accept returns only under specific circumstances: if you have received the wrong product or if the product is damaged upon arrival. If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within “7 days” of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We offer refunds only in the case of damaged or defective items. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Attach Unboxing Video: In order to process your refund, we require you to attach an unboxing video of the product clearly showing the damage or defect. This video is essential to validate your claim and expedite the refund process. Please ensure the video is clear and captures all relevant details.

Refund Approval: Once we receive your email and verify the provided information, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Approval Notification: You will receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Refund Issuance: If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within the stipulated timeframe, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at //your support email// with your order number and the subject line “Refund Status Inquiry.”

Non-Refundable Items

Items that are not eligible for refunds include products that do not meet the criteria mentioned above and products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.
